What Is EDDM? Every Door Direct Mail Explained (Video)

Every Door Direct Mail, or EDDM, is a U.S. Postal Service program that lets a business send postcards or flyers to every address on the mail routes it chooses. This video covers the basics.

Why local service businesses use EDDM

• No mailing list needed. You choose neighborhoods by mail route instead of buying names and addresses.
• Target the areas you already serve. Mail the routes around your best customers or your service area.
• Simple to repeat. Send the same routes each season to stay top of mind.

What makes a mailer work

Keep it simple: one clear offer, your phone number big and easy to read, and a reason to call now. A bright, professional design helps your card stand out in the mailbox.

We design and print EDDM postcards for service businesses. See our EDDM postcards.
